Then make an arrangement to visit you at a specific time.

The first 15 minutes is free diagnosis. That gives the customer the assurance of no obligation. The engineers will then endeavor to fix the problem within the hour. If successful the customer pays half of what BT is charging. If it goes a few minutes over we do not charge more. The engineer on suspecting it might go over will inform the customer in good time, (it’s never a problem.)

When the problem from the outset is a more complicated one, the computer will need to be taken to out lab. A cap on the price is agreed and the PC or laptop is repaired off site. Delivered back normally within two days, setup and demonstrated for the customer.
